These guided meditations have been a huge help to me on my healing and whole-ing journey and I hope that they are helpful to you too. I will add more meditations from time to time.

Surrender Meditation
Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is be still and surrender our worries and problems to the Universe. Because it’s in this state of stillness, peace and serenity that our cells can repair and regenerate and we can access higher consciousness, which can help us realise the seemingly impossible is possible.


Morning Meditation
Designed to help you get the best possible start to your day. I notice that on the days I do this Morning Meditation there are more synchronicities and magical alignments that make things run more smoothly, and the whole day feels more fulfilling and satisfying.
